Look, we're not stupid nor trying to commit slow suicide. We are addicted and REAL drug addicts. We were fooled. Nicotine addiction is about living a lie, about an external chemical fooling the brain's priorites teacher into believing that that next cigarette is as important as eating food. Like other REAL drug addicts, nicotine addiction keeps us convinced that smoking nicotine defines who we are, gives us our edge, helps us cope and that life without it would be horrible. It's a giant lie!

Everything we did as smokers can be done as well as or better as us. Even the love in our heart, we get to bring it with us! Knowledge and understanding is a quitting method. What do you have to lose by making your brain smarter than your addiction is strong?
