"What's the use in quitting now?"
Many smokers think or say that since they have smoked for so long, and so many cigarettes, that quitting smoking now will be of no real value. This video discusses how most people expressing this sentiment are simply rationalizing their smoking in order to protect their addiction to nicotine – a process that if not reversed may end up costing the smoker his or her health and life.
