In 1982 the Blue Cross Association produced a book titled Wellness at Work: A Report on Health and Fitness Programs for Employees of Business and Industry. I was talked about in that book, and one of the people interviewed by the author was Vic. He was quoted in that interview to say, “He did everything but stand on his head.” Vic knew nothing about my headstands, he was just using it as a figure of speech. Well it took 33 years but I finally stood on my head to help people to quit smoking.
